After being the skinny kid a majority of my life, I started working out in 2001. At first I thought that all I had to do was go in the gym and lift the heaviest weight possible. Wrong. It took me 4 years and many mistakes to learn that there is more to it than that. I learned that eating right and dieting right are all part of the process to getting in the best shape of your life. After getting my Personal Trainer Certification through AAA/ISMA in 2011, I wanted to pass on my knowledge to others to help them achieve their own goals and aspirations.
