Weekly Challenges

The Weekly Challenges will be a consist of a different exercise each week that will pit you against yourself and others! Each week will consist of a different challenge that will culminate in a weekly and monthly challenge leader board!


Weekly Challenge#31

 

 

 

 

 

This weeks challenge is "Pay the Toll"

The challenge this week is to complete an AMRAP of Jumping Jacks for 5 minutes but every time you stop you have to do 5 pushups with an incremental increase of 1.

-An example would be if you stop once, you do 5 pushups. If you stop again you do 6 pushups and so on.

-This challenge is to complete as many jumping jacks as possible.

- The challenge can be done as many times as you want throughout the challenge time-frame.

-Only your highest number of reps will be counted so make sure to put forth maximum effort. As a bonus, include how many times you completed the challenge.
