The Viking Challenge has been issued! This will be a Half Viking which consist of a 2000 meter row, 800 meter run carrying a sledgehammer, 100 hammer swings, another 800 meter run carrying a sledgehammer, and another 2000 meter row. This will only be a half Viking as we will run the challenge again at the end of the summer and that will be the full version. Be ready to Row, Run and Raid!
