Today's workout is all about the BACK!!!!!!! The workout consist of the following:
Bent-over row 4 x 15
Deadlifts 3 x 12-15
Reverse Wide grip Lat pull-down 4 x 20
Dumbbell Row 20,15,12,10( As the reps go down, weight goes up!)
