The Batman workout!

I did not create this workout but it is a good one to try out! It goes like this:

10 Airsquats  

10 pushups

10 mountain climbers

10 Tricep dips

10 cross punch situps

10 leg raises

10 side plank crunches

10 leg raises

10 cycling crunches

10 jumping lunges  

Do each exercise 10 time for 10 sets with 30 seconds rest in between each set.
