Legs on a Monday?!?!?!?

Today's workout is a leg workout and is squats an lunges.....lots of them. It consist of the following:

10 x 10 Kettbell goblet squats
10 x 10 Side lunges
10 x 10 Deadlifts
10 x 10 one arm dumbbell lunge

If this workout doesn't smoke your legs, then YOU DIDNT PUSH YOURSELF HARD ENOUGH!
