Death By Pushups!

This weeks workout is an Arm Workout with a few pushups thrown in.....

It goes as follows:

Barbell Curl

Four sets of 25 reps

2 minutes of Regular pushups

Dumbbell Curl with Static hold

Four sets of 20 reps

2 minutes of Staggered pushups

Reverse Grip Curl

Four sets of 20 reps

2 minutes of Diamond pushups

Dumbbell Triceps Extension

Four sets of 20 reps

2 minutes of Spiderman pushups

Like I said only a few pushups.....pace yourself and Enjoy this workout!
