Roman twists with a medicine ball 3 sets to failure

5 count Kettlebell goblet squats 3x10
Box jumps 3x15

Today's workout is a pure Tabata workout. It consist of the following:

5 minute push-up tabata
4 minute Jumping jack tabata
3 minute Burpee tabata
2 minutes of planks
1 minute of Sit-ups

Now do it in reverse starting at 1 minute once you finish the sit-ups.

30 seconds to Abs

Do each for 30 seconds each In order 6 times:

Planks
Scissor kicks
Frozen V sits
Roman twists
Mountain climbers
Weighted crunches

Make sure you breath throughout the whole exercise!

Dont "Dumb" it down!

Today's workout is a Dumbbell workout. It goes like this:

Dumbbell Bench press 4 x 10

Dumbbell Incline Bench press 4 x10

Dumbbell Flyes 4 x 10

Dumbbell rows 4 x 10

Pull-ups 4 x failure

This workout should smoke your entire upper-body!

Today's workout......30 minutes of cardio.....you choose how! Just make it 30 minutes!

"Delt" with it

Today's workout is about the deltoids. I This will be a high rep low weight workout and it goes like this:

Arnold press 4 x 20

Front raise 3 x 20

Bent over rear lat raise 4 x20

Upright row 3 x 20

If this doesnt smoke your shoulders, I dont know what will! Have fun!!

Burpees
Airsquats
Jumping lunges
Kettlebell swings
In that exact order!

Today's workout is an Intense cardio session. It goes like this:
-Jump rope for 30 seconds
-Sprint 400 meters
-10 Burpees
-Sprint 400 meters
Repeat 5 times

1000 Rep Workout!

So it should look like this 15 jumping jacks, 15 push-ups and 15 weighted sit-ups and so on.
