Today's workout is a shoulder workout! It consist of the following:

Military Barbell Press 3 x 15
Upright row 3 x 10
Bent over lat raise 3 x 10
Front raise 4 x 15
Shrugs x 100

Toughest Workout yet.......

Today's workout is going to be a run! 2 miles and your done.....which will probably seem like hell if you did the workout from yesterday!

Legs on a Monday?!?!?!?

Today's workout is a leg workout and is squats an lunges.....lots of them. It consist of the following:

10 x 10 Kettbell goblet squats
10 x 10 Side lunges
10 x 10 Deadlifts
10 x 10 one arm dumbbell lunge

If this workout doesn't smoke your legs, then YOU DIDNT PUSH YOURSELF HARD ENOUGH!

The Batman workout!

I did not create this workout but it is a good one to try out! It goes like this:

10 Airsquats  

10 pushups

10 mountain climbers

10 Tricep dips

10 cross punch situps

10 leg raises

10 side plank crunches

10 leg raises

10 cycling crunches

10 jumping lunges  

Do each exercise 10 time for 10 sets with 30 seconds rest in between each set.

Today's workout is a music workout! Listen to the video below and every time you hear "Barbara Streisand", do 5 push-ups and 3 mountain climbers and then hold a plank position. Have fun!

100 Reps!

Today's workout is called 100 reps and consist of the following: 

10 sets of 10 Incline bench press  

5 sets of 20 push-ups

10 sets of 10 Seated Rows  

5 sets of 20 Lat pull downs  

Guarantee this workout will push you to the max and the drag you past it.

Today's workout is a Leg and Back workout. It consist of the following:

Squats: 20,5,20,5,20,5-Alternate high weights for low res and low weights for high reps.

Bent over row: 15,5,15,5,15

Lunges: 100 meters

Deadlifts: 20,5,20,5

Todays workout is a focus on the Triceps!!!! The workout consist of the following:

50 2 count Diamond pushups

3 sets of 15 Close grip bench press

3 sets of Dumbbell kickbacks

4 sets to failure of Tricep press downs 

Have fun with this one!

Today's workout is an Ab workout. it consist of the following:

100 Russian Twist

150 Crunches

200 Flutter Kicks

5 Minute Plank Tabata

Make sure you breath while you are doing this workout!

This workout is going to be an quick but intense workout! It consist of the following: 

5 Pull-ups

5 Burpees

10 Pull-ups

10 Burpees

15 Pull-ups

15 Burpees

Complete all of the following without taking a break! Try this one out!!! 

Break Yourself!!

Today's workout is all about breaking yourself off something proper! The workout consist of the following: 

1 Mile run then

100 pushups

100 situps

Then

1 Mile run  

50 pushups

50 situps

See How long it takes you to break yourself! 

Cardio!!!!!

For Today's workout, 1 hour of cardio. Run, bike, swim, jumping jacks.....just do it!!!
