Today's workout is going to be a run! 2 miles and your done.....which will probably seem like hell if you did the workout from yesterday!
Today's workout is a leg workout and is squats an lunges.....lots of them. It consist of the following:
10 x 10 Kettbell goblet squats
10 x 10 Side lunges
10 x 10 Deadlifts
10 x 10 one arm dumbbell lunge
If this workout doesn't smoke your legs, then YOU DIDNT PUSH YOURSELF HARD ENOUGH!
No workout today but make sure you do something fun today!

Do each exercise 10 time for 10 sets with 30 seconds rest in between each set.
